Deputy Head of Odesa Regional Council Receives Two Apartments as a Gift

The declaration of Oleh Radkovskyi, First Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional Council, reveals many details about his lifestyle and assets: luxury real estate, significant cash savings and luxury goods, and at the same time, loans and borrowings that have not been repaid for years.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.
In the declaration, the official listed his family - his wife Natalia, son Armand, and daughter Luidzhynia. The family owns a number of properties in Odesa: some are registered in Radkovsky's name, some in his wife's name, and some are used jointly.
The most valuable property is an apartment of over 400 m², purchased back in 2004 for UAH 2.7 million. He also declared a 53.5 m² garden house, which is jointly owned by several people: the official has 10%, his wife has 8%, and the rest of the shares are distributed among the co-owners.
In addition, his wife owns a 907 m² land plot in Odesa and a 146.8 m² apartment. The deputy chairman of the regional council himself has an 86.7 m² apartment, and in 2025 he acquired two more - 209.8 m² and 86.5 m² - probably by inheritance.
The declaration also lists expensive accessories: watches, jewelry, and branded clothing. Among them are Franck Muller, IWC, and Rolex. The official's wife declared precious jewelry, Cartier and Rolex watches, as well as a Louis Vuitton sable fur coat. However, in most cases, the cost of jewelry is not specified.
Among the cars are a Mercedes-Benz GL 550 owned by Oleh Radkovskyi and a 2017 Porsche Cayenne purchased by his wife in 2025 for UAH 800,000.
The main income of the official is his salary - more than 1 million hryvnias per year. His wife declared UAH 630 thousand from the sale of property. The official's cash savings amount to UAH 7 million and USD 100 thousand, and he keeps more than UAH 523 thousand in the bank. His wife has an insignificant amount in her account.
At the same time, the declaration also includes debts. Since 2004, he has had a loan from Ukrsibbank for more than $182,000 that has not been repaid. Also in 2022, he received a loan of more than 2.8 million hryvnias from a foreigner, and it also remains unpaid.
In addition, the wife of Hryhorii Didenko, the head of the Odesa Regional Council, MP Yulia Didenko, in 2025 gave up her 2021 Audi SQ8, which she had been using since 2023.
