Viktoria Pereverzeva, a member of the Mykolaiv City Council, received an apartment worth 500,000 hryvnias from her husband.
This is evidenced by a report on significant changes in her financial status, which Pereverzeva submitted on October 20, 2026, to the Unified State Register of Declarations.
According to the document, the apartment is located in Mykolaiv and has an area of 70.7 square meters. The councilwoman acquired ownership of the property on October 19. The donor is listed as Oleksiy Pereverzyev, her husband.
It is worth noting that, in addition to her position as a council member, Viktoria Pereverzieva serves as director of administrative and economic operations at PrAT “Mykolaiv Thermal Power Plant.” She is also a member of the company’s board of directors.
In May, journalists from the Center for Policy and Reform (CPR), together with “Intent,” compiled a ranking of landowners among the members of the Mykolaiv City Council. Viktoria Pereverzeva ranked second on the list, with 44.65 hectares across 13 land plots in the Voznesensk district.
Almost all of the land is registered in the names of her family members. The largest plots are located in Krutoyarka, Malozenivka, and Yasnogorodka. The councilwoman personally owns only 2 hectares, plus another 1.38 hectares in Yelanka, Mykolaiv Oblast.
