The acting head of the State Tax Service in Odesa region, Yuriy Gursky, has a wife with millions of dollars in assets, who bought a Tesla Y of unknown value during the war.
According to 368.media, the official and his wife, Oksana Gurska, declared a large list of property for 2023. At the same time, the value of a significant number of items in the declaration is simply not specified. For example, a land plot (375 square meters) in Skole, Lviv region. There is also an apartment of 41.7 square meters (co-owners: Yuriy Gursky - 16%, other co-owners: Yaroslav Gursky, Maria Gurska, Mykola Gursky, Liudmyla Norychka, Tetiana Dyakiv).
In Lviv, the family owns a 439-square-meter house, the value of which is also not disclosed. Oksana Gurska has an apartment in the city of 72.7 square meters of unknown value, purchased in 2020. Gursky himself has been using Olena Matviychuk 's apartment in Lviv since July last year. The woman has a non-residential premises of 55.9 square meters in Lviv since May 2024.
Yuriy Gursky indicated that he drives a Mercedes-Benz E-320 (1995), which he purchased in October 2022 for 10 thousand hryvnias. He also has the same car, which he purchased in August 2022 for UAH 190 thousand. In September 2023, his wife became the owner of a Tesla Model Y (2022), but did not specify the price of the car.
Oksana Gurska earned 5.43 million hryvnias as an entrepreneur in a year, and also received a salary of 140 thousand hryvnias from Transport Systems LLC and Bortnyansky 28 LLC. Yuriy Gursky earned UAH 626.64 thousand at the State Tax Service. She also declared connections with the development company Kvarto Development and the Polish East Trade Sp.z.o.o. The family has 67 thousand dollars, 35 thousand euros and 750 thousand hryvnias in cash. Much of the money belongs to the official's wife.
Earlier, Serhii Biba, a deputy of the Odesa Regional Council from the banned OPFL, concealed assets and failed to explain his daughter's expenses. The discrepancies in Biba's declaration were discovered by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption. The NAPC found that in 2022, the MP declared false information worth UAH 1.8 million and also owned unreasonable assets worth UAH 2.8 million.
