Removed the clock: the head of the Odesa court corrected the declaration for 2023

The head of the Fifth Administrative Court of Appeal , Oleksandr Dzhaburia, submitted a corrected declaration for 2023 to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
The NACP published the document and analysts of the Center for Public Investigations were able to examine it.
Currently, the agency is conducting a full verification of the judge's declaration for that period, and its results have not yet been made public.

The information on the judge 's real estate in the amended declaration has hardly changed, however, while in 2024, when the judge submitted an uncorrected declaration, there were no more users of some real estate of the judge's wife Olena, except for Oleksandr Jaburia himself, in the new declaration his son Volodymyr appeared.

In particular, this concerns information about a garden house in Odesa, which, by the way, had an area of 650 square meters in the first declaration, and 650.4 square meters in the corrected one. As well as a 6.2 hectare land plot in Odesa. Both the house and the land were acquired by the judge's wife in June 2022.

Information on other real estate: non-residential premises in Odesa with an area of 86.7 and 30.4 hectares and land plots in Fontanka with an area of 8 and 7.96 hectares, remained unchanged. All of it is still owned by Olena Jaburia. The same applies to two unfinished apartments and parking spaces in Odesa owned by Olena Dzhaburiya.
In the amended declaration, the judge removed the information that he owns three watches - Ulysse Nardin, Jaquet Droz and Girard Perregaux, which were not in the previous declaration, as well as two Ulysse Nardin and Girard Perregaux watches owned by his wife, and two rings made of precious metal with precious stones, two sets of precious metal with precious stones, earrings made of precious metal with precious stones, and a fur coat made of natural fur.

Information about the vehicle remained unchanged: Oleksandr Dzhaburia's 2008 Subaru Impresa and two 2007 DAF CF85.360 cars and his wife's 2019 Tesla X. The latter car is also used by the judge.
The data on securities and corporate rights have not changed - the former did not appear, and as for the latter, Olena Dzhaburiya remained in both documents the full owner of the Sobranie Law Firm and HEROES OF MARKET AND PROFIT LTD in the Marshall Islands and co-owner of the Fontanskaya Operating Company LLC (25%).

As for savings, the judge indicated in his previous declaration that in 2023 his wife kept UAH 5.6 million, and in 2024, when he submitted an uncorrected declaration, the amount of money was 2.5 times higher - UAH 14.1 million. His wife declared the same amount of dollars and euros in cash in both documents - 97 thousand and 299 thousand, respectively. The same applies to the cash savings of Oleksandr Dzhaburia himself - 2.8 million hryvnias and 77 thousand US dollars, as well as 19 thousand dollars of cash savings of his son Volodymyr.

In the amended declaration, one of Olena Dzhaburiya's accounts at MTB Bank disappeared. This account had 200 hryvnias in it at the time. Instead, data on two of her accounts were added - in Universal Bank and PKO Bank Polski SA, the first one had 50 hryvnias, and the second one had 3 thousand euros.

The judge also removed from the amended declaration the information that a member of his family had lent $9.5 million to Balk Container Limited Liability Company in 2023.

Meanwhile, the declarations of Petro Obukhov, a deputy of the Odesa City Council, and Yevhen Nosov, the former head of the customs clearance department No. 5 of the Chornomorsk customs post of the Odesa Customs, were included in the list of the 10 largest violations in declarations identified by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption in July.
