Pervomaisk to Buy 2 Pickup Trucks for ₴2.4M - Tender Details Released

Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region, plans to buy pickup trucks worth UAH 2.4 million.

This information is available from an announcement published on the public procurement website Prozorro.

Kodima, a utility company of the Pervomaisk City Council of Mykolaiv Oblast, is holding an open tender for the purchase of 2 pickup trucks. The auction is scheduled to take place on March 31, 2025, and offers are accepted until the same date. The vehicles must comply with state standards, DSTU requirements, technical specifications, environmental standards in accordance with technical regulations and national standards certified in Ukraine. The supplier has to deliver the vehicles by May 10 this year. The expected cost of the purchase is UAH 2 million 460 thousand.

Earlier, the Kherson City Council's Municipal Guard utility company purchased 12 MG T60 pickup trucks for UAH 16.8 million without a tender. They need the vehicles for patrolling. The municipal guard purchased the pickup trucks from Motor Development Group LLC without a tender due to the war and changes in legislation. The supplier has to deliver the vehicles by December 31, 2025.

According to the Youcontrol analytical system, Kyiv-based Motor Development Group has been on the market for more than six years. It is engaged in the sale of cars in general. During this time, the company has concluded 12 deals worth UAH 34.8 million. The company is owned by Kharkiv resident Gennadiy Piontkovsky.

And the capital construction department of the Fontansky village council of Odesa district decided to buy a pickup truck from ViDi Avenue LLC, a supplier of cars for the SBU and police, without an auction. According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2007 in Kyiv and is currently owned by Vitaliy Dzhurynskyi. The founders of this company are ViDi Alley LLC and ViDi Group. They are also listed as the founders of ViDi Palmira Limited Liability Company, which in October 2024 became the only participant in a procurement conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine Office in Odesa region. The SBU then purchased the car for UAH 1.6 million.
