Odesa MP's company finances Russian budget through dolphinarium in Crimea

The company associated with the Odesa MP still operates in Crimea and has paid taxes to the Russian budget. The owner of the Crimean dolphinarium is a Ukrainian company that is directly related to Odesa politicians and defendants in high-profile criminal cases.

After the annexation of Crimea, the Russian Dolphinarium Nemo LLC was registered on the peninsula, which is still operating and is associated with the Ukrainian company Nerum from Odesa. In 2023, the Crimean company paid more than 920 thousand rubles to the Russian budget, including almost 300 thousand in direct taxes.
Nemo Dolphinarium LLC was registered in Alushta on June 23, 2014, after the occupation of the peninsula. For eight years, the company was run by Anatoliy Solontsov, who simultaneously headed the Odesa-based Nerum LLC. This Ukrainian company is still considered to be the founder of the Crimean dolphinarium. Its co-owner is Andriy Kislovsky, a deputy of the Odesa City Council from the "Trust the Deeds" party.
According to the ruling of the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa, Nemo Dolphinarium LLC owns at least two facilities in Crimea. During the full-scale war, they provided 50% discounts to the Russian military. Even after the change of directors, according to open data, the Ukrainian LLC Nerum remains the sole founder of the Crimean structure as of June 2025.
At the same time, the real owners of the Crimean Nemo have not yet been held accountable. Among the co-founders of Nerum are Raisa Kislovska (mother of MP Kislovsky) and Mykhailo Kuchuk, a former deputy mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, who is wanted and is involved in the case of Odesa oligarchs Borys Kaufman and Oleksandr Hranovsky.
In early 2023, Solontsov transferred the company's management to a Russian citizen, presumably Lyubov Girs, who is currently registered as an entrepreneur in Alushta. And the temporary administrator is Oleksandr Shvyryov, a person with the same name who had previously registered as an individual entrepreneur in Simferopol before the occupation.
In 2024, Molfar journalists found out that theNemo network has alleged ties to dolphinariums in the Russian cities of Anapa, Dzhubga, and Golubytska village. These connections can be traced back to two Russian companies.
In October last year, the Primorskyi District Court of Odesa approved a plea agreement on cooperation between Anatolii Solontsov, director of the Sevastopol Dolphinarium Nemo, and the prosecutor. According to the case file, from February 2022 to January 2023, the Nemo Dolphinarium, run by the convict, continued to operate in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, entertaining visitors. He was fined UAH 170 thousand, his property was confiscated, and he was banned from holding public office for 10 years.
