The State Enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine "State Logistics Operator" conducted a procurement to select a company to supply food for the military, and the most expensive contract went to a company from Odesa.

The relevant announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The company in question is Granpri LTD, a limited liability company. The company is to supply food for the personnel of military units and military educational institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in stationary and field conditions for 2025 and expects to receive UAH 3 billion 374 million 280 thousand.

This includes 25 million 994 thousand 890 meals for the personnel of military units (institutions) and military educational institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in stationary and field conditions for 2025, as well as 5 thousand 110 meals for feeding staff animals.

According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2020. Its owner and director is Volodymyr Osipov.

According to Nashi Hroshi, in 2024, the company failed to organize meals in Donetsk Oblast, and the State Logistics Operator terminated its contract after discovering problems with the logistics base. In 2024, the company won three contracts from the state-owned enterprise for UAH 3.2 billion.

Meanwhile, the State Bureau of Investigation announced that it had uncovered a criminal organization that had been misappropriating budget funds allocated for the purchase of food for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, allegedly organized by an Odesa resident. He created two companies that were registered to managers under his control. The latter officially hired employees for these companies and rented the necessary warehouses, refrigerators and vehicles.
