Kherson deputies both have money and lend money

In 2024, Kherson City Council members declared UAH 184.5 million in savings. They keep the money in banks, in cash, and lend it out.
According to the Center for Public Investigations, the leader in terms of accumulated savings is former city council member Yevhen Trotskyi from the We Live Here party, with UAH 56 million. Almost all of these funds are owned by the elected official, while his wife Oksana has only 16.9 thousand hryvnias in her account. At the same time, Oksana Trotska lent 1.6 million hryvnias to Triostroy LLC and Dotsstroy LLC, and Yevhen Trotskyi lent 2.4 million hryvnias to Tavriya Expert Board LLC and Kherson-Bud LLC. For comparison, in 2023, the spouses held almost the same amount in cash assets - UAH 56.5 million, and the total amount of loans reached UAH 4 million.
The next highest asset holder is Andrii Dmytriiev, who also represents "We Live Here" and resigned with total savings of UAH 28 million. Of this amount, 13.8 million belongs to him personally, and 14.6 million to his wife, Gulnara. For comparison, in 2023, Dmitriev declared UAH 8.6 million. In addition, he and his wife lent UAH 33 million to Oleksandr Dmytriyev and another unspecified person.
Mykola Dmytriyev, also from the party "We Live Here," declared assets worth UAH 17.4 million, of which UAH 11.4 million were personal savings of the former MP. In addition, he lent 534.9 thousand hryvnias to Aneva Industri LLC. His wife Svitlana owns 6 million hryvnias. For comparison, in 2023, the family's monetary assets amounted to UAH 12.5 million, and the loan to Aneva Industry LLC remained unchanged.
OPFL MP Anton Khmaro declared 16 million hryvnias of savings, most of which are held by his wife Natalia. He himself has only 420.3 thousand hryvnias. For comparison, in 2023, Natalia Petrenko had UAH 13.6 million, and the former MP had UAH 303.8 thousand. It should be noted that after the beginning of the full-scale Russian aggression, Anton Khmaro disappeared from the public space.
Another former OPFL deputy, Mykhailo Opanashchenko, who left the party in 2020 and resigned his leadership position, declared assets worth UAH 16 million. Of these, 7 million belong to him, and the rest are the savings of his wife Olena. In 2023, the family had 9.2 million hryvnias in cash assets, of which 6.5 million belonged to the elected official and 2.7 million to his wife.
Halyna Luhova, a representative of the "We Live Here" party, Ihor Osaulenko, a member of the "European Solidarity" party, Kostiantyn Kyrychenko, a member of the "Servant of the People" party, Olha Spivakina, a former representative of the party of collaborator Volodymyr Saldo, Oleksii Zabolotnyi, a member of the banned OPFL, and Olena Mazur, a former member of the same political party, did not declare any savings.
