Izmail City Hospital Starts Looking for a Repairer for the Bacteriology Department of the Laboratory

Izmail City Central Hospital has started looking for a contractor to overhaul the bacteriology laboratory. The customer is ready to pay up to UAH 15 million 98 thousand for this.
An Intent correspondent writes about this with reference to the procurement materials on the Prozorro website.
The laboratory is located on the first floor of a high-rise building at 1 Myru Avenue, near the railway station. The work plan must be completed by December 31, 2026. They will be financed from two sources - from the hospital's own budget and from the city council's treasury - in two tranches this year and next.
The contractor is to dismantle windows, floors, partitions made of glass blocks, ceramic tiles, dismantle masonry; masonry and plastering of walls, ceramic tiling, painting with water-based paint; installation of inspection hatches in the ceilings; replacement of water supply and sewage systems, ventilation; installation of six air conditioners; installation of fire alarms.
The purchase and installation of electric lighting and electrical power equipment is envisaged. This includes laying 2,90 meters of cable up to 35 kV, installing 188 junction boxes, installing 138 ceiling mounted lamps and 20 table lamps, installing 13 signal lights with the words "entrance", "exit", "entrance", "driveway". The laboratory will be equipped with wireless internet.
The adjacent territory will also be renovated to replace the water supply and sewerage systems. The entrance to the laboratory will also be renovated: the walls will be insulated and plastered, a new porch and reinforced concrete stairs will be built, and metal fences will be installed.
The auction to select a contractor is scheduled for January 21.
The preparation of design and estimate documentation for the facility cost the Izmail City Hospital UAH 58 thousand. This was done by Hanna Bloshenko's Izmail-based private enterprise Yelensan.
