Deputies of Mykolaiv Regional Council declared estates and land

In 2024, deputies of the Mykolaiv Regional Council declared millions in income, large estates, and significant land plots. At the same time, some of the deputies do not have their own housing or land, using the property of relatives or remaining without property.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.
In 2024, Valeriy Bednyi became the leader in terms of residential real estate among MPs, owning 13 apartments in Odesa with a total area of 873 square meters. The second place was taken by Vitaliy Shevchenko, who owns 655 square meters, including three apartments in Voznesensk and six houses in the village of Malodvoryanka, five of which he purchased in 2024.
The third place is occupied by MP Anatoliy Nikolenko and his wife - their housing includes a house in the village of Zelenyi Hai, a dacha in Lupareve, and an apartment in Mykolaiv, with a total area of 636 square meters.

Next are Olena Herasymchuk with 552 square meters of housing, including apartments in Mykolaiv and apartments in Georgia, and Serhiy Shulhach with 549 square meters, including a house in Mykolaiv and apartments in Kyiv and Mykolaiv.
At the same time, some MPs, including Oleksandr Yasynskyi, Takhir Sadridinov and others, do not have their own housing, some use the real estate of relatives or are homeless.
In terms of land plots, the largest landowners in 2024 were Tetiana Demchenko and her husband with a total area of 153 hectares in the villages of Vozsiatske and Velyka Solona. The second place is occupied by MP Nadiya Ivanova with 107 hectares in the villages of Karavelove, Zaichivske and Kapustyne, as well as her husband with 27.8 hectares.

Vitaliy Shevchenko took the third position with 67 hectares of land, including plots acquired in 2024 in Malodvoryanka. Valeriy Bednyi with 50 hectares in Vyzyrka and Volodymyr Frolenko, a representative of the OPFL, with 47 hectares in Pryvilne and Novosergiyivka are next.
At the same time, a number of MPs did not declare a single piece of land. Some of the elected officials purchased land plots in 2024, often at very reasonable prices.
Also, many regional deputies own fleets comparable to those of small companies, including not only passenger cars, but also agricultural machinery, boats, snowmobiles, and specialized vehicles.
