Mykolaiv deputies put up for sale an estate that had not been declared. The estate in a gated elite cottage community is valued at $850 thousand.
This was reported by Nikcenter.
In Mykolaiv, a cottage owned by the mother of MPs Rustamdzhan and Tahir Sadridinov was put up for sale, but was not listed in their income tax returns.
According to the sale announcement, the house is located on Sportyvna Street, has two floors and six rooms, with a total area of 483 square meters, including the basement. The plot area is 20 acres.
This area is considered elite. Deputies, officials, and well-known businessmen have built up the city's coastline with their estates, limiting access to recreational areas for ordinary locals.
Among the advantages of the cottage, the realtor notes the presence of a sauna, a gym, and the neighborhood with "strong" people. The cottage community consists of only six houses, one of which belongs to the Sadridinov family.
Although the house is officially registered to the deputies' mother, it was used by Rustamjan Sadridinov, a deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council. However, the property did not appear in the brothers' declarations.
The ad also emphasizes the unique conditions of the area: a private forest, a pier by the river and a protected area. The value of the property at the current exchange rate is over UAH 35 million.
Iryna Kormyshkina, an MP from Mykolaiv, also changed her declaration. The MP purchased a land plot and sold real estate. The seller of the land is connected to the company of the MP's husband, a former deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council. Thus, she purchased a land plot for UAH 763 thousand and sold real estate for UAH 298 thousand 328.
The deputy head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration , Mykola Marinov, reported significant changes in his property status. In the "expenses" section, there is information about the purchase of movable property worth UAH 480 thousand.
In early August, the NACP recorded an unreliable declaration of cryptocurrency by Gennadiy Pogorelov, deputy head of the Regional Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Mykolaiv region. In particular, in his 2021 declaration, the official declared the cryptocurrency Bitcoin, which was worth UAH 100 million in hryvnia equivalent, but he did not confirm its existence during the full inspection.
In total, thirty percent of Ukrainian officials' declarations contained "errors" worth almost two billion hryvnias. According to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, 1,246,435 declarations were filed by September 11, 2024. The number of corrected documents has almost doubled this year compared to last year.
In late September, the tax authorities also published the number of millionaires in Mykolaiv region. As part of the 2024 declaration campaign, residents of the region filed almost 3,500 property and income declarations, which is significantly higher than last year. The main sources of income for millionaires are foreign income and profits from the sale of movable and immovable property.
