Anatoliy Radchuk, the head of the Odesa District Administrative Court, earned more than UAH 600,000 from the sale of his 10-year-old car, which he bought two years ago.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations, citing changes in the judge's property status.
In early September, Anatolii Radchuk sold his 2014 Land Rover Range Rover for UAH 1.2 million. Earlier, the judge declared that the cost of this car at the time of acquisition of ownership was UAH 795 thousand. That is, the cost of the Land Rover has not decreased, but has almost doubled in two years.
But the judge was not left without transportation. He has the right to use a 2015 BMW X 5, which probably belongs to his relative, Hanna Radchuk.
Earlier, Radchuk was included in the CPR's rating of the richest heads of Odesa courts. He took the third place among the heads of judges with the largest area of non-residential real estate. Radchuk has 197 square meters: a parking space, non-residential premises in Odesa, and a 162.7-square-meter garage in Limanka.
Earlier, on September 16, judges of the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa elected a new chairman to replace Serhii Kichmarenko, and the deputy chairman, Vadym Kovalenko, became the new chairman. The new head of the Prymorskyi District Court kept a million hryvnias at home last year.
In addition, journalists discovered that Oleksandr Urbanskyi, deputy chairman of the Odesa regional council, did not include in his declaration an Audi RS Q8 car, which has officially belonged to him since last spring and is worth about 5 million hryvnias. The politician is also trying to sell another car, which he bought for a symbolic amount of 18 thousand hryvnias, and now put up for sale for more than 4 million hryvnias. In addition, they found out about Urbanskyi 's possible cryptocurrency fraud. In 2020, he declared 5328 bitcoins worth approximately $154.5 million. However, in his 2021 declaration, he reported that he no longer owned these assets, as he had donated them as a gift.
