As Yulia Chukhalo, a deputy of the European Solidarity party, noted on the air of Intent.Insight, the council has recently developed a tradition of completely ignoring all norms and legislation.
"According to the law, as well as the regulations of the regional council, the chairman's orders should simply be sent to the deputies for review. However, we do not see them," said the deputy.
According to her, they started publishing resolutions on the regional council's website only after the prosecutor's office intervened.
"A year ago, the prosecutor's office opened criminal proceedings against Hryhoriy Didenko, the head of the Odesa Regional Council, for the lack of resolutions on the website. So they started publishing partially, but it's also not all decisions, but about 50% of the information," Chukhalo added.
