Odesa customs officer bought apartments and cars during the war: what else is interesting in his declaration

During the full-scale war, Oleh Drankov, the head of the Department of Infrastructure, State Property and Economic Activities of Odesa Customs, purchased an apartment worth more than 700 thousand hryvnias. At the same time, his annual income was significantly less than this amount.
This information is contained in his declaration for 2023.
The property status of the head of the Odesa customs office includes land and real estate in Odesa and Limanka, cars Audi e-Tron 2020 and BMW X5 2022, as well as significant cash savings.
The declarant owns land plots of 180 m², 700 m² and 750 m², a 61 m² apartment and a 130 m² apartment, which were purchased in 2023 for UAH 763,800. The family also owns an unfinished building of 200 m², which is used by family members.
The family owns two premium cars. An Audi e-Tron (value as of the date of acquisition - UAH 700,000) in joint use with a citizen of Ukraine, Yevhen Voloshyn. BMW X5 (UAH 2,150,000) is owned by Artur Dovhan, but is available for use by the declarant and his wife.
Drankov keeps UAH 6081 in bank accounts and UAH 546,200 in cash. His wife keeps UAH 680,536 in cash.
Drankov's main income in 2023 amounted to UAH 416,174 from his job at Odesa Customs, while his wife earned UAH 84,154 at the National University of Odesa Law Academy.
Meanwhile, Oleksandr Urbanskyi, deputy chairman of the Odesa Regional Council, may receive a fine for failing to declare an Audi car worth about UAH 5 million on the market.
It also became known what the new head of the Bolhrad District Court, Alla Kravtsova, who replaced Svitlana Kodintseva, declares.
In 2022, Kravtsova became the owner of a 111.6-square-meter residential building and a 1,150-square-meter land plot in the village of Vapnyarka, Odesa region. The cost of the house is estimated at UAH 3.33 million, and the land plot at UAH 391.7 thousand.
In October, the head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Vitaliy Kim changed his property status. The official sold real estate for more than a million hryvnias.
