The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) found inaccurate information in the annual declaration for 2022 of Oleksandr Hordiienko, a deputy of the Kherson Regional Council of the VIII convocation from the political party "We Live Here!", a member of the Standing Committee on Architecture, Transport, Construction, Housing and Communal Services, Tariff Policy and Cooperation with Energy Enterprises.

Thus, in the certificate No. 372/24 on the results of the inspection, which is published on the NAPC website, it is stated that the MP provided false information about his place of work and documents and the salary of his wife.

The certificate also states that Hordiienko provided inaccurate and unreliable information in his declaration in the amount of UAH 10 million 41 thousand 733.97, which exceeds 500 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons.

Thus, Hordiienko did not indicate in the declaration the shares in several companies that he owns, as well as 25% of the company's capital owned by his wife, explaining that the companies are located in the TOT of Kherson region. In addition, the MP failed to declare several cars and money from the sale of a motorcycle. He also failed to provide information about a land plot in the village of Shlyakhove, Beryslav district, Kherson region. As of 2022, its value exceeded UAH 1.8 million. The MP also failed to provide information about more than 40 land plots.

Earlier it was reported that the first deputy chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, the head of the executive staff, Yuriy Sobolevsky, purchased a 45.7-square-meter apartment in the capital in September 2023, as he indicated in his declaration.

It was also reported that Olha Maliarchuk, deputy head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, indicated in her declaration for 2023 that she co-owned an apartment in Mykolaiv with an area of 54.6 square meters, the second co-owner of which is her husband. At the same time, the husband refused to indicate the value of this property, as well as the date of acquisition of ownership, the Center for Public Investigations reported.
