On January 8, stricter quarantine restrictions came into effect.

Nevertheless, declarants should not worry about obtaining the information necessary to complete the declaration. After all, almost all the necessary data can be obtained from electronic registers using a qualified electronic signature.

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention has explained what information can be found without leaving home:

  • State Register of Real Property Rights - contains information to be indicated in sections 3 "Real Estate Objects" and 4 "Objects under Construction" of the declaration;

  • Official electronic portal of the StateGeoCadastre - contains information on owners and users of land plots, which must be indicated in sections 3 "Real estate objects" and 4 "Construction in progress" of the declaration;
  • The Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations - information to be provided in sections 8 "Corporate Rights" and 9 "Legal Entities whose ultimate beneficial owner (controller) is the declarant or their family members" of the declaration;

  • Ukrpatent - information on registered patents for inventions, utility models, industrial marks, which is necessary to complete section 10 "Intangible assets".
  • The Stock Market Infrastructure Development Agency of Ukraine - information on the nominal value of securities, which is necessary to complete Section 7 "Securities".

The information contained in the registers may be incomplete and may be updated periodically.

The 2021 declaration campaign runs until March 31.
