What is post-COVID syndrome and how to improve your condition after COVID-19

The Ministry of Health records new anti-record COVID-19 cases every day, and most regions are in the orange epidemic zone as of early February.

There is no way to know in advance how a particular person will be affected by the coronavirus. Therefore, you need to be attentive to your health not only during the course of the disease, but also during the long recovery period. Even those who have easily or asymptomatically overcome the infection may experience the so-called "post-covid syndrome" or "long COVID-19".
