Applicants submit applications for admission to higher education institutions in electronic form online through electronic offices. In 2025, the registration of applicants' electronic accounts began on July 1 and will last until October 20.

To register an account, you need to log in to the page of the electronic application system in the EDEBO.

How to open an electronic account

According to Osvita.ua, to open an electronic cabinet, you must specify your e-mail address - it will be your login. The system will automatically check the login for a match with others. If the identity of the logins is detected, a warning will be issued. In this case, you need to create a new unique login. An email will be sent to the specified email address to activate access to the electronic cabinet.

When registering an electronic cabinet, it is forbidden to use e-mail addresses of services blocked in Ukraine, for example, mail.ru, yandex.ru.

To register an electronic cabinet, you must also enter the following information

Registration in the applicant's electronic cabinet is possible with a certificate issued not earlier than 1998 (photo-computer ("plastic") documents). If the document was issued before 1998, you will have to submit an application in paper form directly to the educational institution.

In cases where there is no NMT certificate, it is necessary to set the "I do not have NMT certificates" attribute and register an applicant's electronic account with an identity document.

What you need to upload to the electronic cabinet

After activating the electronic cabinet, you need to enter / upload the following information about the applicant

Files must be uploaded in JPG (JPEG) format, and the maximum size of such a file should not exceed 1 MB.

If you have a NMT certificate of other years, you must also add the certificate data (number, PIN, year) and attach this document.

To assist applicants in submitting applications in electronic form, special counseling centers are set up in admission offices.

After submitting the first application, it is no longer possible to make any changes to the electronic cabinet. Therefore, it is better to make sure that all the data is uploaded to the electronic cabinet correctly.

Applicants can submit up to 5 applications for state-funded education at any higher education institution without limitation on the number of specialties to which they apply, and up to 10 applications for a contract.

In each application, both for the budget and for the contract, it is necessary to set its priority - from 1 to 15, where 1 is the highest priority, and 15 is, respectively, the lowest.

Prioritization is an important step, as it cannot be changed after the application is submitted.

Acceptance of applications and documents from applicants begins on July 19 (except for higher military educational institutions (higher education institutions with specific training conditions), military training units of higher education institutions) and ends at 18.00 on August 1, 2025.
