How to obtain Ukrainian citizenship: a legal memo

Odesa regional organization of the NGO "Committee of Voters of Ukraine" together with the Kotovsk Interdistrict Department of Justice prepared a legal memo for foreigners and stateless persons "How to obtain Ukrainian citizenship".

The Odesa regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine, together with the Kotovsk Interdistrict Department of Justice, prepared a legal memo for foreigners and stateless persons "How to obtain Ukrainian citizenship".

The memo contains the main provisions, procedures and a list of documents for certain grounds for acquiring Ukrainian citizenship (by birth, territorial origin), admission to Ukrainian citizenship, documentation of foreigners and stateless persons, and issuance of a temporary residence permit in Ukraine. In addition, the educational publication contains the contacts of the Main Department of the SMS in Odesa region and its territorial divisions in Kotovskyi and Krasnooknyanskyi districts, as well as telephone numbers of regional hotlines on various issues of the Migration Service.

The leaflet was published in a convenient format in 1000 copies, which will be distributed during the provision of free legal aid, educational events, and placed on information stands in the premises of village councils and public authorities. In addition, the publication is also available in electronic form - on the organization's information resources, on partner information websites, and distributed through electronic mailings and new media.
