Zelenskyy awarded the honorary title to Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional State Administration

Ukrainian President VolodymyrZelenskyy awarded Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional State Administration,the honorary title of"Honored Lawyer of Ukraine."

This is stated in a decree issued by the President of Ukraine.

Prokudin received the award on the occasion of Ukrainian Statehood Day. 

He was awarded the honorary title for his significant contributions to strengthening Ukrainian statehood, his courage and dedication in defending Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, his substantial personal contribution to the development of various spheres of public life, and his conscientious fulfillment of his professional duties.

In addition to the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, other residents of Ukraine’s southern regions also received state awards and honorary titles.

In the Kherson region, employees of JSC “Kherson Thermal Power Plant” were awarded the Order “For Courage,” 3rd Class:

• insulator Oleksandr Alekseev;
• repair mechanic Igor Babutsak;
• painter Andriy Korovchenko;
• Serhiy Shutov, shop foreman.

Iryna Sokur, director of the Kherson Regional Oncology Center, also received the Order of Princess Olga, 3rd Class.

In the Mykolaiv region, Vyacheslav Levytskyi, Director of Strategic Affairs at ARSENAL-BUD MONTAZH LLC, and Andrii Tkach, a diver at the same company, were awarded the Order “For Courage,” 3rd Class.

Yuriy Kotlyar, First Vice Rector of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, was awarded the title “Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine.”

In the Odesa region, Lidiya Vergota, a teacher at the Taras Shevchenko Black Sea Academic Lyceum, received the honorary title of “Honored Teacher of Ukraine.”

Valentyna Velychko, director of the Academician Boris Reznik Children’s Consultative and Diagnostic Center, was awarded the title “Honored Physician of Ukraine.”

In addition, Yaroslava Riznykova, deputy director of a department at the Odesa Regional State Administration, was named “Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine,” and Viktor Kozhukharenko, head of the “Victoria” farming enterprise, was named “Honored Worker of Agriculture of Ukraine.”
