The total area of the building on Uspenska Street, where the hub is planned to be created, is more than 1,100 square meters. It covers two floors and a basement. The center has already received all the necessary permits and held a tender for repairs and restoration. The cost of the work is 37.9 million hryvnias, with another 2 million spent on estimate documentation. In December 2024, the project won a grant of almost $150,000 from the United Nations Development Program UNDP.

The project envisages the creation of a multifunctional space for young people: a coworking space, a lecture hall, an event hall, a development class, and a zone for creativity and communication. According to the terms of the tender, the contractor is to carry out dismantling, finishing and restoration work.

On April 17, the municipal institution Odesa Municipal Youth Center announced a tender for the overhaul of the premises on Uspenska Street. Previously, the decision was rejected and postponed. The tender was won by PJSC "Repair and Construction Site "Odeskolovpostach". This company was previously involved in a case of forgery: in 2016, it signed a contract with the Department of Municipal Economy for emergency repairs, but failed to complete them in full. The investigation of this case was not completed because the department did not provide the necessary documents for the investigation.
