The latest issue of the newspaper Intent for March-April 2025, founded by the Odesa regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine, has been published.

The newspaper Intent is a printed version of the Intent publication, which collects the most important materials of recent times. The newspaper, which is distributed free of charge, traditionally offers its readers analysis, interviews and investigations.

The new issue includes, among other things, an analysis of mayoral declarations in the Odesa region by the Center for Public Investigations. The declarations of mayors of district centers and cities of Odesa Oblast with more than 30,000 residents for 2024 revealed something interesting: some have dozens of trucks, some have hectares of land, and some live modestly on one salary.

The issue also features the launch of an initiative to strengthen the capacity of humanitarian NGOs in the North and South of Ukraine, launched by PTF Europe in partnership with the Odesa regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine. The aim of the program is to help increase the capacity of local humanitarian NGOs in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Chernihiv regions (in the South of Ukraine, the project is coordinated by the Odesa CVU, in Chernihiv region - by the NGO "Agency of Urban Initiatives").

Community recovery and development plans are being prepared but not approved - preliminary results of the REPAIR Ukraine initiative. This is evidenced by the preliminary results of monitoring the level of voluntariness in 10 territorial communities (TCs) of Mykolaiv, Odesa, Chernihiv and Kherson regions, conducted by the expert team of the project "Promoting Improvement of Recovery Planning and Implementation Standards at the Municipal Level", implemented by the Partnership for Transparency Europe in partnership with the NGO "4U" and the Odesa regional organization of the CVU within the framework of the REPAIR Ukraine initiative.

In addition, the reader will find interviews with Irma Vitovska-Vantsa and Vakhtang Kipiani.
