The Kherson region is also planning to restore the water supply network for more than UAH 21 million of donor money. The Vysokopil village council announced an open tender with special conditions for the emergency repair of a part of the water supply network in the village of Arkhangelske. The money to repair the network was allocated by the United Nations Children's Fund. More than 20 million hryvnias will be spent on this.

In one of the hospitals in Kherson region, a newcomer company will improve the power grid for more than 2 million. The contractor has to equip a place for the generator: a foundation, a fence, a shed. Install the generator itself, wire a 0.4 kW network, and start the installation. The company also has to arrange the access to the generator.

In addition, contracts for the repair of shelters in Kherson worth 15 million were awarded without competition to odious companies and a newcomer. Three contracts for more than 8 million were signed by the Department of Civil Protection, and one each by the Department of Civil Protection and Defense of the Kherson Regional State Administration and the regional municipal emergency rescue service. The department signed a contract for more than UAH 3 million, and the rescue service for more than UAH 2 million.
