JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" has put several spaces at the Odesa-Holovna train station up for auction. Among them are spaces for a restaurant, a store, a payment terminal, and a flower vending machine.
The relevant announcements have been published on the Prozorro.Sales platform.
The largest lot is 415.5 square meters in a side building of the station. The spaces on the first floor and in the basement are planned to be leased for a restaurant with the right to sell excise goods. The starting rent is 211,036.61 hryvnias per month, excluding VAT.

The premises are located at 2 Pryvokzalna Square. The train station building was constructed in 1952, and the structure itself is designated as a cultural heritage site. The lease term is nearly three years.

Separately, Ukrzaliznytsia is seeking a tenant for 187.8 square meters in a two-story building near the exit onto Starosinnaya Street. The plan is to house a store selling food and non-food items there. The starting rent is 46,750.93 hryvnia per month, excluding VAT; however, the premises require renovation.

In addition, two small spaces, each measuring 2 square meters, have been listed for rent at the station. One is intended for a self-service payment terminal. Its starting monthly rent, after a 50% reduction, is 4,829.92 hryvnia, excluding VAT.
The second is a space in the station’s circular hall for a vending machine selling flowers. The starting rent, after a 50% reduction, is 2,696.17 hryvnias per month, excluding VAT.
All of these properties are being put up for auction by JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia.” Bidding for the main lots is scheduled for September 11, and for the two properties, each measuring 2 square meters, on September 3, 2026.
