"Ukrtelecom puts its children's sanatorium lease up for auction

Ukrtelecom has announced more than 10 auctions to sell the right to lease the Yunyi Zviyovets children's recreation center.

The announcement was published on Prozorro.Sale.

The next auction is scheduled for October 29. The area of the facility is 3,370.9 square meters. The property is located on the outskirts of the city near the Black Sea. The complex consists of an administrative building, two dormitories, a dining room, two staff houses, a shower room, a restroom, a diesel room, a vegetable storehouse, an electrical switchboard, a kiosk and a checkpoint. The complex can accommodate up to 200 people at a time.

It is in need of repair. Characteristics: number of floors - two; heating - own boiler house (boiler - diesel fuel); land plot of almost 2 hectares. The starting price of the auction is UAH 202 thousand 254.

The last time a tenant for this children's camp was sought in the fall of 2024. The starting price was UAH 273,784.

Anauction scheduled for July 27 by Ukrtelecom to find a tenant for the Yunyi Zviyavets children's recreation center on Dacha Kovalevsky Street in Odesa failed.

Ukrtelecom had already been looking for a tenant for the complex before. It was in May. But there were no bidders. At the same time, the price was lower - UAH 159,780 per month. Attempts in 2023 and 2022 were also unsuccessful.

Also, the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions put up for sale the children's health center "Young Shipyard Worker" in Odesa. The starting price of the lot is UAH 14 million 207.9 thousand. The winner of the auction will receive buildings and structures in the Kyiv district of Odesa at 4 Kostandi Street, on land plots with cadastral areas of 1.2 hectares and 0.1 hectares.
