Ukraine's second-most profitable road company wins $30 million tender in Odesa

The Odesa branch of the state enterprise Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority has held a tender to select a contractor to be paid for construction work on the reconstruction of the second stage of the port's transport overpass.

This was reported in the electronic procurement system Prozorro.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special features, and the only participant was Avtostrada Group of Companies Limited Liability Company. The company expects to receive UAH 30 million 750 thousand for the work.

The company was registered in 2015 in Vinnytsia. The owner is Maksym Shkil.

Earlier, analysts of the Opendatabot platform compiled a rating of the most profitable companies in the construction sector in 2024, which was headed by the largest road builders from Odesa region. The analysts ranked Maxim Shkil's Avtostrada Group LLC in second place. The company earned UAH 10.8 billion and increased its profit by 1.6 times to UAH 74.6 million.

In March 2024, the Odesa branch of the state enterprise Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority announced a tender to find a contractor to be paid for the construction work on the reconstruction of the second stage of the transport overpass at Mytna Square in the Primorskyi district of Odesa.

In early February 2022, the Odesa branch of the Ukrainian Sea Port Authority announced a tender to find a contractor to be paid for the overhaul of the third stage of the transport overpass. The auction, with an expected purchase price of UAH 675 million 564 thousand, was to take place on April 20.

In August 2020, the Odesa Port Authority announced a tender to find a contractor to be paid for the maintenance of the 4th stage of the port's overpass.
