Two people injured in Odesa region as a result of combined attack

Last night, Russia terrorized Odesa region with combined missile and drone strikes that targeted civilian infrastructure, including residential areas and businesses.

According to the head of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleh Kiper, two people were injured.

The attack damaged four private residential buildings, as well as technical structures, a non-residential building, an outbuilding and an administrative building, and cars. Critical infrastructure was also hit, causing fires that were extinguished by rescuers.

More than 80 rescuers and 23 units of equipment from the State Emergency Service of Odesa Oblast, three people and one unit of equipment from the local fire brigade, and 10 people and two units of equipment from the Association of Volunteer Firefighters of Ukraine were involved in the response.

According to DTEK Odesa Power Grids, on the evening of May 14, the enemy attacked the power facility of DTEK Odesa Power Grids. As a result of the attack, 15,000 families in 32 settlements, partly in Odesa and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi districts of the region, are currently without electricity. as of 21:00, 12,000 families have already had their electricity supply restored.
