Two oil depots in Odesa region, for which no buyers have been found several times, have been put up for sale again

Two former oil depots in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi and Rozdilnyanskyi districts have been put up for sale in Odesa region with a total starting price of UAH 4 million 290 thousand.

This was reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.

This is the second attempt in the last month. The first one was held on April 30, but the new auction was not announced as the first time the lot is being put up for sale.

The objects are located in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi and Rozdilnyanskyi districts. In Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, it is a fenced complex of a former oil depot without tanks in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi on Portova Street. The municipally owned land plot with a total area of 2.5 hectares is proposed for the construction of large shops, supermarkets, construction warehouses, storage facilities, etc. Nearby are a service station, a building materials store, and a port. The starting price of this lot is UAH 2 million 680 thousand.

In 2023, they tried in vain to sell this oil depot with a starting price of UAH 3 million 460 thousand, but failed.

A former oil depot with its own railroad track is for sale in Rozdilnyansky district. The oil depot is located in Rozdilna on Malynovskoho Street. It is an administrative building with a total area of 627.3 square meters, a gatehouse, and warehouses. The land plot with a total area of 3.2 hectares is communal property. Purpose: for the placement and operation of buildings and structures for additional transportation services and auxiliary operations. The territory is offered for any type of activity, in particular, the location of parking lots, elevators, service stations, commercial and other activities: industry, manufacturing, agriculture. The starting price of the lot is UAH 1 million 610 thousand.

In both cases,the seller is GrandBud-Invest Limited Liability Company. According to the YouControl service, GrandBud-Invest LLC was registered in May 2023 in the Zhytomyr region. The owner is Nadiia Ilchuk.

In 2024, the company already tried to sell these oil depots, but found no bidders.
