Two dead in Kherson region as a result of shelling

In Kherson region, two people were killed and seven wounded in Russian attacks over the past 24 hours.

The head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, announced this on Telegram on the morning of August 5.

Five high-rise buildings, eight private houses, a grain warehouse, an outbuilding, and a car were damaged.

The post says that Antonivka, Zelenivka, Prydniprovske, Dniprovske, Rozlyv, Berehove, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Stanislav, Sofiyivka, Shyroka Balka, Oleksandrivka, Ivanivka, Veletenske, and Velytenske were subjected to drone attacks, artillery shelling, and air strikes, Chereshenky, Poniativka, Kyselivka, Dariivka, Mykilske, Novotyanka, Zarichne, Beryslav, Dudchany, Olgivka, Osokorivka, Novoraysk, Novovorontsovka, Zolota Balka, Havrylivka, Burgunka, Virivka, Lvov, Tokarivka, Tyahyanka, Vesele, Kozatske and Kherson.

One child was among the seven wounded.

About fifty applications to leave the Korabel neighborhood, including eighteen from residents with limited mobility. Among them are 31 children. According to him, about 1,800 people remain there now, including 187 people with limited mobility.

Seven residents of Mykolaiv were injured by the enemy's rocket attack. Private and apartment buildings were damaged.

"Unbreakable Odesa " is a targeted program for 2024-2026 to help restore residential buildings, including those damaged by enemy attacks and shelling. The program accumulates all areas related to the elimination of the consequences of Russian attacks. For this reason, it currently includes measures implemented under the programs for the development of housing and amenities for 2022-2026.
