Illegal activities of two residents from the temporarily occupied Kherson region were recorded.

The Security Service of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk region reports.

One of the suspects, a resident of the Genichesk district, holds senior positions in the illegal authorities of the occupiers. At first, he was the so-called "head of the Pryvilne territorial department of the Genichesk military-civilian administration of the Kherson region", and later he headed the "Pryvilne territorial department of the Administration of the Genichesk municipal district of the Kherson region".

The collaborator performed "functions" on the territory of five captured villages in the district. He organized the activities of the occupation pseudo-authorities "subordinate" to him, issued illegal "administrative documents". He also issued Russian passports. He kept records of Ukrainians liable for military service.

Another "assistant" of the aggressor country, a resident of the Kherson district, operated in the temporarily occupied village of Brylivka and participated in the illegal presidential elections in Russia.

She was the "head of the precinct commission". In this pseudo-position, she selected members of the PEC, agitated local residents to participate in the "elections," arranged the "polling station" and distributed propaganda materials with Russian symbols. She also personally accounted for the fake "ballots" and organized their delivery to the so-called "election commission of Kherson region".

SBU investigators served both offenders with suspicion notices in absence under Part 5 of Art. 111-1 and Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 5 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (cooperation). They face up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.

Earlier, we wrote how a Russian FSB officer tortured a civilian in Kherson region who was illegally held in the basement of a college in Henichesk. He was notified of suspicion of violating the laws and customs of war, including ill-treatment, torture and death threats.
