Former Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov said that the shadow Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which used the president to raid Odesa, meets in the apartment on Hrushevskoho Street, which appears in Mindich's tapes.

The ex-mayor posted the appeal on his Facebook page.

Hennadiy Trukhanov said that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was used to sign an illegal decree with his own hands, remove the mayor from office and clear the way for the raider seizure of Odesa.

"For half a year, we have been told fairy tales that the military administration in Odesa is a 'security issue' and that the illegal deprivation of my citizenship is a 'balanced state decision'. Now watch and listen to this fragment from July last year. They don't even hide their plans. I'm translating into human language: "We cannot remove the mayor legally. So we will simply use the war, introduce a military administration and install our own puppet." And this is in the fifth year of the war. In 2022, they were happy with everything. And in 2025, they decided to remove me," the mayor said.

Earlier, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko released new transcripts of the so-called Mindich tapes, which, in particular, referred to a possible change in the leadership of Odesa. The recordings include discussions of scenarios related to the introduction of a military administration in the city. The recordings also discuss the possibility of removing the current mayor , Hennadiy Trukhanov, in the event of a military administration by Zelenskyy's decision.

In April, former Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov filed a lawsuit against President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy with the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree depriving the Odesa mayor of Ukrainian citizenship in October last year, and almost immediately a military administration was introduced in the city. On the evening of October 12, Trukhanov published a statement that he was going to be deprived of Ukrainian citizenship on the grounds of allegedly having Russian Federation citizenship.
