On the night of August 19–20, Russian troops launched a massive attack on the southern part of the Odesa region, targeting civilian infrastructure.
This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

As a result of the strike, power outages occurred in several communities. As of this morning, 13,000 customers remained without power; utility crews are already working to restore service.
At one of the locations, two truck trailers carrying food caught fire. The fires caused by the attack have already been completely extinguished.

According to the Odesa Regional State Administration, there were no fatalities or injuries. Cleanup efforts following the enemy attack are ongoing at the sites of the incidents.
