Thirteen buildings were damaged as a result of the nighttime attack on Odesa

Overnight, Odesa came under a massive attack, which left at least eight people injured, including a child. Two of the injured were hospitalized, and damage was caused to residential buildings, cars, offices, and two educational institutions.

This was reported by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa Military Administration. 

The enemy carried out a massive attack on Odesa. Currently, eight people are known to have been injured, including one child. Two people were hospitalized.

A 24-story residential building was damaged as a result of the attack. Apartments on several floors were destroyed, and windows in neighboring buildings were shattered. Cars were also damaged.

Office buildings and two educational institutions were damaged, one of which is Lyceum No. 90.

According to the press service of the Odesa City Council, 13 residential buildings were damaged in the Kyivskyi District, and over 600 windows were shattered. Additionally, two high schools and offices in the Primorskyi District sustained damage.

Experts continue to assess the aftermath of the attack in several districts of Odesa. Emergency and utility services are working on the ground.

Utility workers are trying to restore power as quickly as possible. Emergency response centers have been set up for residents, where they can receive the necessary assistance.

On August 31, an area near a gas station in the Odesa region was damaged as a result of enemy shelling. The Russian strike damaged a gas pump and a passenger car. A fire also broke out, which was extinguished by rescue workers. No reports of casualties have been received so far.
