The military in Mykolaiv failed to find a breadwinner due to a lack of offers. The tender was canceled.

Intent learned about this from the public procurement system Prozorro.

Recently, the governmental paramedic department of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine in Kherson announced a simplified procurement for catering services worth UAH 1.8 million.

The contractor was to provide three meals a day to military personnel in Mykolaiv: breakfast, lunch and dinner. In total, it was planned to provide 6,050 such complex daily meals. However, the auction did not take place because no bidders registered for the auction.

Earlier, Mykolaiv searched for and selected a contractor to supply fish for school canteens. The city budget allocated UAH 1.7 million for this purpose.

Meanwhile, the Odesa Regional Special Medical Supply Base municipal institution held a tender to select a company that will provide four meals a day for sick patients and military personnel. The procurement is for 37 thousand meals for patients, which is four meals per person per day, and 40 thousand meals for military personnel.

The only bidder and candidate for UAH 21 million 13 thousand was Fabrika Smaku, a limited liability company. The company expects to conclude a contract and the cost of services is equal to the expected value of the procurement. The tender was held in the format of an open tender with special conditions.

In addition, the Odesa orphanage chose Fabrika Smaku LLC to provide catering services for the children from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
