An unfinished multi-storey building in Zatoka, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, has been put up for sale at a reduced price. This is the eighth attempt to sell the property. The auction is scheduled for September 2.

This is evidenced by information published in the Prozorro.Sale system.

Currently, the starting price of the complex is UAH 79 million 116 thousand, which is almost UAH 20 million less than the previous offer.

The first auction for the sale of an unfinished high-rise building was published on October 19, 2023. At that time, the starting price was UAH 200 million excluding VAT.

Interestingly, this is the eighth attempt to sell this property. All previous auctions failed due to the lack of buyers.

The building is the property of the bankrupt Pivdenbud Limited Liability Company. The auction is organized by Yuriy Menzarenko, an insolvency officer appointed by the Odesa Oblast Commercial Court in August.

The auction also includes the following items:

The right to lease a land plot of 0.8 hectares. Term of validity: 25 years, with the right of extension. Among the advantages is the location - 200 meters to the sea.

The last time the building was put up for auction was in early August with a starting price of UAH 98 million 895 thousand, but the complex could not be sold.

It also became known that no one wanted to buy the unfinished Ecoservice recreation center in Odesa region, which they tried to sell with a starting price of 4.1 million hryvnias. The auction was organized by Rembudgroupservice, a limited liability company founded in 2017 in Kyiv.
