The selection committee has selected three female members for the supervisory board of Mykolaiv Elektrotran

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The selection committee has completed the selection of independent members for the supervisory board of the municipal enterprise "Mykolaivelektrotrans." The successful candidates are Viktoria Ogryza, Mariana Yashna, and Nadiya Vasilyeva.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Viktoria Ogryza. A lawyer with over 25 years of experience in corporate law and legal support for businesses (Vadan Yards Ocean OJSC, Ukrinbank JSC, Kreditprombank OJSC). Since 2016, she has headed the legal department and served on the executive board of Sandora LLC (PepsiCo Ukraine), where she managed the crisis response during the full-scale invasion. She specializes in compliance, anti-corruption programs, and crisis management.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Mariana Yashna. A specialist with over 16 years of experience in internal audit, procurement audit, and financial and economic security. She headed the Internal Audit Department at TAS Group, where she was responsible for auditing over 25 companies. She specializes in control and audit activities, standardization of procurement processes, and Lean management.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Nadiya Vasilyeva. She holds a master’s degree in economics and international public law, as well as an Executive MBA. She has over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, strategic consulting, and corporate governance. She has held leadership positions at Kyivstar, Microsoft, and the State Corporation “Ukroboronprom.” She specializes in the digitalization of the public sector, the implementation of AI/ML, and crisis management.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

A total of 29 applications were received from candidates. 24% of the applicants were from Mykolaiv and the Mykolaiv region. Candidates<span><span><span><span><span><span> went through two selection stages: evaluation of submitted documents based on established criteria and interviews with the top ten candidates ranked by score. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Two additional members of the future supervisory board (representatives of the owner) will be appointed by order of the mayor. The final five members will be approved by a resolution of the Mykolaiv City Council during a session.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
