Russian forces have once again struck the Odesa region, resulting in civilian casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure. Rescue workers, medical personnel, and law enforcement officers are on the scene.

This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.

The enemy has attacked the Odesa region again. In the Odesa district, a residential area and civilian infrastructure facilities were hit.

According to preliminary information, a private residential building and about ten neighboring homes were damaged. Infrastructure facilities were also damaged.

A 65-year-old man was injured in the attack. Medical personnel are providing him with all necessary care.

All relevant emergency services are on the scene. Information regarding the consequences of the Russian attack and any other possible casualties is being verified.

On the afternoon of July 25, Russian troops used guided aerial bombs for the first time against Chornomorsk in the Odesa region. Initially, the military reported enemy tactical aviation activity in the southern sector and warned of the threat of airstrikes on areas near the front lines. Later, at 1:39 p.m., reports emerged of airstrikes.

Additionally, drones—which the occupiers use to attack the southern part of the Odesa region almost every night—are increasingly entering the airspace of neighboring Romania. In the last two days alone, the Romanian military has shot down drones twice.
