The port of Reni has put up for auction a warehouse area of the berth

The Danube port of Reni is preparing to lease a site that is directly related to cargo flows and port logistics. It is a large plot of land with an industrial surface capable of handling heavy cargo and equipment.

This was reported by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the lease of a warehouse site on the territory of the Reni Sea Commercial Port in Odesa region. The auction will be held in the electronic system Prozorro.Sale.

The auction is for real estate - the covering of an open warehouse area in the rear of berth No. 31. The facility consists of precast concrete slabs with a total area of 1352 square meters and is located in Reni. The balance sheet holder of the property is the state-owned enterprise Reni Commercial Sea Port.

The auction is scheduled for February 17, 2026. Applications for participation in the auction will be accepted until February 16. The starting rental price is UAH 855.3 thousand, excluding VAT.

According to the State Property Fund, the site is in good working order and suitable for operation, including for cargo storage or heavy machinery. The facility's location on the port 's territory provides access to water and transportation infrastructure. The facility will be leased exclusively through the Prozorro.Sale electronic system, which provides for open competition and equal conditions for all potential bidders.

The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency(ARMA) has also put up for sale the seized vessel Anka, which is located in the port of Reni in Odesa region, at a twofold discount. The new auction with a starting price of UAH 8 million 179.2 thousand is scheduled for March 4. The previous auction with the same price failed due to the lack of bidders.
