The Port of Pivdennyi Selects a Generator Supplier for 68 Million

The state-owned enterprise "Pivdennyi Sea Trade Port" conducted a procurement process to select a company to which it will pay for a diesel generator set.

According tothe Prozorro electronic procurement system, the procurement was conducted as an open tender with specific conditions, and the sole participant was the limited liability company “Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine.”

If the contract is signed, the company will be required to deliver the unit to the port by December 31, 2026. In exchange, the company expects to receive 68.1 million hryvnias.

According to the YouControl service, the limited liability company “Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine” was registered in Kyiv in 2005. The founders are “Dalgakiran Makina” LLC, owned by Turkish citizenAyhan Dalgakiran, and Kyiv residentVyacheslav Dinkov. Accordingly, the ultimate beneficiaries of the LLC are Vyacheslav Dinkov and Ayhan Dalgakiran.

The company participates in government procurement; the YouControl service provides data on tenders it has won since 2017. In 2024, government procurement brought the company 378 million 644.9 thousand hryvnias out of 2 billion 716.6 million hryvnias in total revenue, and in 2025, 415 million 26.7 thousand hryvnias. In 2026, the company won government contracts worth 389 million hryvnias.
