The Odesa Regional Military Administration has delivered 26 inclusive school buses to local communities.

According to the press service of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, this is the first batch of buses, which were centrally procured by the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa Regional State Administration using state budget funds on a co-financing basis with local budgets under the international financial instrument Ukraine Facility, for a total amount of 109.2 million hryvnias.

According to the Prozorro e-procurement system, the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa Regional State Administration entered into an agreement with the limited liability company “Ukravto Odesa,” which was the sole participant in the procurement process conducted in the “request for proposal (prices)” format.

Funding for the procurement comes from two sources, both of which are subsidies. Specifically, 75 million 134 thousand hryvnias will come from the state budget as a subsidy under the Ukraine Facility program, and another 34 million 66 thousand hryvnias will come simply as a subsidy. The busesare to be delivered by December 8, 2026. They are expected to be 17- to 40-seat vehicles with appropriate markings, a diesel engine, and at least two seats for people with disabilities.
