The number of people injured in the Russian attack on a shopping center in a suburb of Odesa has risen to seven. Among them is an 8-year-old child.
This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
According to him, a family that was inside the shopping center—a man, his wife, and their 8-year-old son—sought medical attention.
Thus, the total number of people injured in the attack has risen to seven. Five people have been hospitalized, and doctors are providing them with the necessary care.
Yesterday, Russian forces attacked a shopping center in a suburb of Odesa with a rocket-powered drone. A post office located inside the shopping center was hit.
Earlier reports indicated two victims—a 42-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man. Subsequently, the number of injured rose to four, then five, and now stands at seven.
The attack also destroyed two residential buildings. Among the injured are people with shrapnel wounds; one of them was previously reported to be in serious condition.
On the eve of August 15, in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, enemy drones launched a massive attack onthe grounds of a shoe factory.Warehouses and a cafeteria were damaged.Fires broke out at the site. Fires also broke out on the grounds of a defunct enterprise and an abandoned private residential building. There were no injuries or fatalities. The enterprise’s founder,Alla Ginak, noted that the factory will be rebuilt.
On August 14, in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, an attack caused theroof of a hotel complex to catch fire, as well as nearby dry grass. Rescue workers quickly extinguished the fires and prevented them from spreading further. According to preliminary information, there were no fatalities or injuries.
