The husband of a judge from Odessa who resigned bought himself a motorcycle last year

The High Council of Justice has dismissedNataliia Roga, a judge of the Odesa Regional Commercial Court, at her own request.

This was reported bythe Center for Public Investigations, citing the High Council of Justice’s press service.

Along with her, four other judges from Kyiv and other regions were also dismissed from their posts. In her 2025declaration, she listed a 70.7-square-meter apartment in Odesa and another 71-square-meter apartment in which she owns a 66.67% share. 

The judge’s husband owns: an apartment in Odesa—116.5 square meters, a parking space—14.4 square meters, non-residential premises—107.7 square meters, a house—73.9 square meters—in the village of Popudnia, Uman District, Cherkasy Region. He also owns three land plots in the same village with a total area of 3.4 hectares.  The declaration also lists another apartment with an area of 143.5 square meters, owned byOlena Roga-Pishchanska and used by the judge and her husband.

The judge declared a 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan, which her husband purchased in 2015, as well as a Tekken 250 motorcycle, which he bought in 2025 for 748,800 hryvnias.

In terms of income, the judge declared a salary of 1,592,900 hryvnias and a pension of 276,600 hryvnias. Her husband declared a pension of 274,694 hryvnias, income from independent professional activities of 123,500 hryvnias, 18,000 hryvnias from renting out property, and 15,300 hryvnias from other sources. Savings amounted to $25,000 for the judge herself and $30,000 and 2,000 euros for her husband.

Meanwhile,Stepan Domuschy,aformerjudgeof the Fifth Administrative Court of Appeal based in Odesa, declared a pension of 2.7 million hryvnias per year. In terms of this figure, Stepan Domuschy ranked third among his fellow judges, trailing Viktor Shkolyarov—a judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine who retired last year and receives a pension of 3 million hryvnias per year, and Tetyana Zhayvoronok, a judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, with a pension of 2.85 million hryvnias per year, or 237,600 hryvnias per month. The judge also retired last year of her own accord. Stepan Domuschy left office in December 2025 after serving in the courts for 21 years.
