Ruslan Akhmadullin, head of the Main Department of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection in Odesa Oblast, received social benefits last year and doubled his foreign currency savings compared to 2023, while his wife had more hryvnia in cash.

Thus, while in the 2024 declaration published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, the official indicated that he kept 7 thousand US dollars in cash, and his wife 250 thousand hryvnias, the declaration he filed when he resigned as the first deputy head of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection indicated 3 thousand dollars for him and 200 thousand hryvnias for his wife, all in cash.

Similarly, those declarations did not mention a 320-square-meter land plot in the village of Limanka, Odesa district, which has been owned by the official's wife since 2020. Only a 35.2-square-meter apartment in Bershad, Vinnytsia region, owned by Ruslan Akhmadullin, and his wife's 174-square-meter garden house in the village of Limanka, which she acquired in 2023, were mentioned in the declarations upon dismissal and in 2023.

In 2024, the family also used a 32-square-meter apartment in Odesa.

Instead, the number of vehicles decreased - the declaration for 2024 lists a MAN TGS truck made in 2012 and a trailer made in 2001, as well as a Volkswagen Caddy car made in 2012. All this equipment became the property of the official in 2023. However, the declaration for 2023 also included a VW LT-35 made in 2001, which was no longer in the declaration when he left office.

The family's income in 2024 was as follows: Ruslan Akhmadullin's salary - UAH 490,245, his wife's salary - UAH 93.3 thousand, as well as UAH 2 thousand he received as winter support. His wife received another UAH 1,000 in such support, as well as social payments of UAH 10,320.
