Oleksiy Kiselov, head of the Kyiv District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support in the Odesa region, has resigned.

According to the military official’s declaration, which he submitted to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, the head of the TCC’s wife has recently purchased two new cars for herself.

Both were acquired through leasing—the bank remains the formal owner of the vehicles until the buyer pays off the car loan, while the actual buyer receives the right to use them. In 2025, Natalia Kiselova acquired a new Renault Duster, valued at 941,119 hryvnias, which legally belongs to “KB AKORDBANK,” and in 2026, an Avatr 07 electric car for 2,042,700 hryvnias.

She also has 65,000 hryvnias and 1,900 euros in cash, while Oleksiy Kovalyov himself has 21,500 U.S. dollars and 178,000 hryvnias in cash, which together amounts to 1,137,800 hryvnias. The couple’s bank accounts hold a total of 2,200 hryvnias and 19 euros.

The couple’s income from January 1 to September 9, 2026, consisted of 611,536 hryvnias in salary that Oleksiy Kiselov received from the TCC, 207,600 hryvnias from his pension, He also won a lawsuit against a military unit, receiving 17,300 hryvnias in compensation. His wife also filed a lawsuit against the same unit and won.
