The former head of the Kherson Regional State Administration's education department received three salaries in a year

Tetiana Yushko, the former head of the Kherson Regional State Administration's Department of Education and Science, has filed a corrected declaration for 2025. It states that she received income from three state institutions at once, as well as a pension and state aid.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

According to the document, Yushko owns an apartment in Odesa with an area of 46.1 square meters, which she purchased on May 19, 2020, for UAH 801,200.

During the year, she received the largest income at her main place of work at the Department of Education and Science of the Kherson Regional State Administration - UAH 284,858. In addition, she was paid UAH 364,759 by the Kherson City Council, and she declared over UAH 389,000 as a salary at the Department of Humanitarian Policy of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.

The official also received UAH 11,187 in pensions from the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kherson Oblast and UAH 1,000 in one-time assistance under the Winter Support program. The declaration states that she has an account with PrivatBank JSC.

However, she does not own any cars, corporate rights, or securities. She is also not a beneficiary of any legal entity or trust.

In March 2025, Yushko announced her resignation as head of the regional department of education and science. After that, she was appointed deputy head of the Kherson City Military Administration to Roman Mrochko, where she was in charge of education and healthcare.

According to the Most dossier, in 2016-2020, Tetiana Yushko headed the staff of the Beryslav District State Administration. From September 2021, she headed the Department of Education and Science of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, and in 2024 she was awarded the title of Honored Education Worker of Ukraine.

In March 2025, she became the deputy head of the Kherson MBA, but left this position in June. In the summer of the same year, the official moved to the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, where she became deputy director of the Department of Humanitarian Policy and head of the Department of Education and Science.

In addition, in her declaration for 2025, the head of the Oleshky City Military Administration, Tetiana Hasanenko, declared a million-dollar salary, real estate in different regions, and foreign currency savings.
