The enemy struck the center of Odesa; there are casualties

On the afternoon of July 21, Russian occupiers launched a missile and drone strike on Odesa. Residential buildings and public facilities in the city center were damaged, and there are already reports of casualties.

Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration,providedthe initial information.

“The enemy attacked Odesa. A residential building has been damaged. There are casualties. We are clarifying the details,” he said.

According to Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, residential buildings and civilian institutions in central Odesa were damaged. Initial reports indicated one casualty—a 17-year-old boy who was hospitalized.

Later, Lysak reported that the number of casualties had risen to two. A 17-year-old boy and a 23-year-old girl were injured. Both victims are receiving all necessary medical care.

Information regarding the consequences of the Russian attack and the extent of the damage continues to be clarified.
