The company for road maintenance in Rozdilnyansky district was selected without a tender

The State Non-Profit Company "Local Road Service" held a procurement to select a company that will be paid for the operational maintenance of public roads of local importance in Rozdilnyansky district of Odesa region.

This was reported in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features, and the only bidder was Progresdorbud Limited Liability Company, which is currently awaiting the signing of the agreement. The company will have to maintain the district's roads until December 31, 2027, and will receive UAH 297.5 million for this.

According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2016. In November 2021, the Center for Public Investigations found out that in the first 9 months of 2021, the Road Department of the Odesa City Council managed to make almost UAH 325 million in payments. Among the top ten recipients of funds was Progresdorbud LLC owned by Yuriy Chetvertakov, who, at least at the time, also headed the Amirkhanyan family's Agrosynthesis company. The media also linked Progresdorbud to Araik Amirkhanyan.

In 2024, the state enterprise Local Road Service held a tender to select a company that would be paid for the maintenance of three kilometers of the Novopavlivka-Perekhrestove Pervoe-Malaya Toporovka local public road. At that time, the auction was held in the format of open bidding with special features involving two limited liability companies: "Progresdorbud and Pritetbudinvest Construction Company. Progresdorbud LLC was chosen as the winner, offering to do the repairs for 48.1 million hryvnias, 50 thousand cheaper than its competitor.
