Shelter in Belhorod-Dnistrovskyi gymnasium goes up by 5 million

The municipal enterprise Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City Department of Capital Construction in Odesa Oblast has conducted a procurement under the revised project for the construction of a radiation shelter at the city gymnasium No. 4.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The procurement was held on April 18 in the format of open bidding with special conditions, and the only participant was the private enterprise Disk-Pivden. The company expects to receive UAH 37 million 535.9 thousand for the construction after the agreement is concluded, and the work is limited to July 31, 2026.

According to the YouControl analytical system, Disk-Pivden Private Enterprise was registered in 2009 in Odesa. The authorized capital of the company is UAH 100 thousand. The main activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The founder and head of the company is Lyudmyla Kiosia.

The company started participating in public procurement in 2018. The company's customers include the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Southern Region of Ukraine, the Regional Security Service of the Odesa Regional Council, the Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office of the Southern Region, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Odesa Region, the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, and the Department of Capital Construction and Roads of the Odesa Regional State Administration.

It should be noted that the current procurement was conducted after adjustments. Earlier, on August 6, 2024, the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City Department of Capital Construction signed an agreement on the construction of a shelter at the gymnasium with the private enterprise Arproektbud, which was to complete the work by December 31, 2025, for UAH 32.5 million. The agreement was amended several times with additional agreements, and in the procurement at the time, the winner had a competitor, Sky Group Development LLC, which was ready to work for 28 million, but the central bank rejected the proposal because the company did not provide security for the tender offer.
