SBU sanatorium in Odesa selects contractor to replace windows for 6 million

The Odesa sanatorium of the Security Service of Ukraine has conducted a procurement to select a company that will be paid to replace individual window and door blocks in three buildings of the sanatorium.

The relevant announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The auction is for the replacement of broken and damaged window and door glass in auxiliary rooms and common areas, repair and replacement of individual window frames and window sills, replacement of ebbs and flows in Building 1, Building 2, Building 3 and the clubhouse at the sanatorium.

Two companies took part in the auction: Tehenergoimport LLC and Ama-Bud LLC. Tehenergoimport was chosen as the winner. The company agreed to work for UAH 6 million.

According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in Kyiv in 2014. The owner is Anatoliy Druziuk from Zaporizhzhia. If the agreement is concluded, the company must complete the work by December 15, 2025.

The windows to be replaced were broken in March 2024. Back then, the Russians attacked the city in the middle of the day with a double ballistic missile strike. In addition to the SBU sanatorium, the Botanical Garden was damaged.

In August 2022, the administration of the SSU's Odesa sanatorium held a tender to select a contractor to repair the roofs of one of the medical and administrative buildings.

Four companies participated in both auctions: Comfort SRK Limited Liability Company, Power Construction Company LLC, Almaz Private Enterprise, and Ihor Mykolayovych Shevchenko, a private entrepreneur.

The winner of the auction for the repair of the roof of building No. 4 of the Odesa sanatorium for UAH 1 million 192.2 thousand was Comfort SRK LLC, although it was initially won by Power Construction Company LLC with a cheaper offer of UAH 957 thousand. However, this company was selected as the winner in the second tender for the repair of the roof of the administrative building with a bid of UAH 842.6 thousand.
