The occupiers continue to illegally use Ukrainian subsoil and agricultural resources. The GRUMANT bulk carrier, which is under Ukrainian sanctions, was again spotted exporting grain from occupied Feodosia to Turkish ports.

This was reported by Kateryna Yaresko, a journalist with the SeaKrime investigative project of the Peacemaker Center.

According to her, the vessel was at the berth of the Feodosia Commercial Sea Port (coordinates 45.029, 35.388) in the first half of February. Visuals show the bulk carrier being loaded.

In the photo from February 7, GRUMANT was recorded with a high landing - the ship entered the occupied port empty. The images from February 19, before leaving the harbor, show that the bulk carrier has significantly settled in the water. Comparison of the images shows a change in the draft, indicating that the holds were filled.

According to the Automatic Identification System (AIS), the vessel is heading to Turkey. The system indicates the port of destination is Iskenderun. According to Catherine Jaresko, the bulk carrier does not hide its route and openly demonstrates that it left occupied Feodosia without turning off the identification system.

Despite the official ban on trade with Crimean ports, such voyages continue, indicating that the "shadow export" continues to function.

The GRUMANT bulk carrier has been under Ukrainian sanctions since November 25, 2025. The vessel has repeatedly called at Crimean ports closed by the Ukrainian authorities, ignoring the restrictions. The materials collected by the SeaKrime project are planned to be used as evidence in criminal proceedings regarding the illegal export of resources from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

In February, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reported 31 more vessels of the so-called shadow fleet of Russia and Iran involved in the transportation of Russian oil and liquefied gas. Among them is the tanker TRUVOR, which transported fuel, in particular through the ports of the temporarily occupied Crimea.
